Full Job Description
Business Marketing & Development
Looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist in the Prescott area.

Experience in an addiction treatment center environment
preferred. Salary is DOE.


Create and expand lines of communication as defined by management by developing referrals from treatment centers, recovery facilities, clinicians and other key referral sources.


Collaborate closely with primary treatment centers to increase referral opportunities. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, facility discharge planners, continuing care case managers, clinicians, admissions, and management.
Responsible for creating new business and expanding our referral network. Identify opportunities for partnering and growth. Develop strong relationships with new referral sources.
Provide training and education to on-site staff to aid in referral network management.
Manage leads from referral sources and ensure an efficient transition to the admission process for clients.
Coordinate with the clinical assessment team on referrals for admission based on the services provided by the facility.
Educate patients, families, community, and other referral sources on programs, services, and amenities provided within the facility.
Coordinate the completion of the admission process and ensure appropriate resources are obtained.
Travel frequently within the recovery community, scheduling meetings, and developing contacts/referral sources.
Document referral sources utilizing a customer relationship management system (CRM).
Represent the facility in professional events and communicate mission in all outreach interactions.
Create outreach initiatives that will regularly communicate facility mission with referral sources through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking, and other professional activities.

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Two or more years’ experience in sales and/or marketing required. Understanding of the treatment industry as a whole.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile, where the facility requires.
