Think before you act


A common saying in Alcoholics Anonymous and other addiction recovery programs is “Think Think Think.” (That’s also a common saying on Winnie the Pooh episodes, but that’s a different story.) It means what it says: use your head. Before you do something, think it all the way through. Rely on your brain instead of your compulsion.
