A psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health industry. Started PAC Program in 2003 to provide outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health problems in NYC. He has received the Award of Excellence from the U.S. Marine Corps.

Jeff Martin

Has 20 years in addiction field and ensures clients' individual treatment needs are met. Held the position of primary therapist in the residential phase before 2010.
