Coby Gravel
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Coby Gravel is the engine that keeps the day-to-day operations of Prescott House running smoothly. As our Program Manager, Coby oversees our dedicated team of case managers and technicians—the frontline staff who run groups, manage daily accountability, and support our residents through the practical steps of recovery.
A proud alumnus of the 2013–2014 Prescott House program, Coby understands the recovery journey from the inside out. After navigating his own history of treatment and legal hurdles, he found his turning point here. Today, he dedicates his career to helping other men find that same freedom. Coby specializes in working with men who are struggling to find their footing and transition into independent adulthood.
He brings a rare and invaluable blend of firm accountability and deep compassion to his work. Coby is known for his unique ability to hold clients to a high standard without ever being demeaning. Because he has sat in their chairs and walked in their shoes, he commands a level of mutual respect that allows him to break through to guys when no one else can. Whether he is supporting his staff's well-being, coordinating daily logistics, or helping a client take ownership of their life, Coby finds his greatest joy in watching men transform and succeed.
