‍1. Acceptance of terms. By accessing prescotthouse.com or using our services, including our SMS and email communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

‍2. About Prescott House. Prescott House is a licensed long-term behavioral health program for men, located at 214 N Arizona Ave, Prescott, AZ 86301.

‍3. Use of the website. The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

‍4. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prescott House or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. SMS text messaging program:

• Program description. Prescott House offers an SMS program for program alumni who opt in, to support ongoing recovery engagement. Messages include alumni events, community updates, wellness check-ins, and feedback surveys.
• Opt-in. You opt in by completing the Alumni Communications Consent form during admission intake and providing your mobile number with affirmative consent. Consent is not a condition of treatment or any purchase.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Help. Reply HELP, or contact 866-425-4673 / phouse@prescotthouse.com.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies; up to approximately 4 messages per month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Prescott House does not charge for messages.
• Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

6. Email Communications: If you opt in to email, you may receive alumni updates and event information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Similar to SMS, standard email is an unencrypted form of communication, and by opting in, you accept the inherent security risks associated with it.

7. Medical Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer: Our SMS and email communications are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, medical emergency, or suicidal thoughts, do not use this service. Call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.

8. Age Requirement: By accessing the site or opting into our communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the authorized owner or customary user of the provided mobile number and email address.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.

14. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
